FEES & TERMS
Banbury Counselling Fees and opening hours
The initial and further session fees are £50 and £60 for Couples Counselling.
Payment via Insurance, AXA PPP healthcare, Aviva, and BUPA International. BUPA UK will cover my fees, If you are using private health insurance you will need to get an authorisation number for your treatment from your insurance company prior to starting. Your provider may require either a GP or a Psychiatrists referral and will make payment directly to me. Please advise when making the first appointment and bring your authorisation details to the first session.
The therapist takes payment before the start of each session by bank transfer, and I offer a receipt.

Wednesday: 9.30am -9.30pm
Thursday: 9.30am-9.30pm
Appointments are usually available within 48 hours. I am available to help with new enquiries, 7 days a week.
GETTING STARTED
At the initial consultation, I will explore your current issues, enquire about background history and establish your focus of therapy and discuss counselling contract. The initial session will last for 50 minutes and we will explore what has brought you to counselling, what you would like to achieve and agree a plan for how to proceed including session times, length, frequency and duration. I recommend starting with weekly sessions, after 3/4 sessions if you are finding the sessions helpful, we would continue.
Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are normally held on a weekly basis, sometimes every other week. Your regular attendance is important for your therapy to progress.

Please note, I am working online using (zoom video E-therapy E-counselling) because of coronavirus social distance rules set by the government.
Cancellation Policy: Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel, otherwise you will be charged for your missed appointment. Terms and conditions (including the cancellation policy) will be shared with you before your consultation. Sessions are confidential and I work within the UKCP and BACP's ethical frameworks, details of which are available on the relevant membership websites.
You will consent to permission if you work with me I will hold your contact details, and I will make session notes which are confidential and kept in a safely locked cabinet.
