As a mental health professional, I am here to help. I passionately believe in the powerful and healing effect that a good counselling therapeutic supporting relationship can have. I have over 15 years of professional experience as a therapist working in mental health. My goal is to provide high-quality counselling to help you come to terms and stabilising your emotional self and take back control of your life. I place a strong emphasis on personal empowerment.

I now can offer my online counselling service further afield. Whether you're in Banbury, Oxford, Northampton, Evesham, Eastbourne or London, just anyway in the UK, I can now reach you. 

Using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Counselling therapy, I have a wide range of expertise working with a full range of issues, including:
